1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or engraved watches
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@premiumwatchbrand.com with your order number.
- Our support team will approve your request and provide return instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be initiated.
- Refund is processed back to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 3–7 business days depending on bank processing time.
5. Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled **only before** they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.
