Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may extend during high-demand periods.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days within USA.
- Express Shipping (Paid): 1–3 business days (select at checkout).
- Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to local conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping to all USA addresses. Express options will display costs at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipment email.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if an incorrect address is provided. If you notice an error, contact support@premiumwatchbrand.com immediately — we will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PremiumWatchBrand is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, first check with neighbors and the carrier. If needed, contact us at support@premiumwatchbrand.com and we will assist with filing a claim.
International Shipping
Currently we ship only within the USA. We plan to expand international shipping in the future — sign up for updates on the website for availability changes.
Customs, Taxes, & Duties
For future international orders: customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Domestic US sales do not require customs clearance.
Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs holds, natural disasters, or other acts beyond our control. In such events we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
